CT climbs 16 positions and ranks 34 in the ‘Best Companies to Work In’ list

CT ranks 34 in the ‘Best Companies to Work In’ list compiled by the magazine Actualidad Económica (by Expansión journal). CT makes the list for the fourth consecutive year as the best engineering services company in Spain.

For the 4th year in a row, CT, the leading engineering company in technological innovation throughout the entire product lifecycle, holds a place in the 'The Best Companies to Work In' list, compiled by the magazine Actualidad Económica. In this 2019 edition, CT climbs 16 positions from last year’s ranking, consolidating itself among the 34 best companies to work in in Spain.

Since its first edition occupying the 53rd position, CT has continually improved its rating in terms of talent retention, work environment, CSR, training, compensation and compensation or employees feedback, among others.

The 2019 edition represents a historical milestone for the company which maintains its position as the first engineering services company for the fourth year in a row. This year, the evaluation highlights the company's concern for its employees’ training, materialized in the deployment of an e-learning platform accessible to everyone in the company. Its availability in four languages and interactive character (allowing all employees to propose new topics and share information) are one of the most valued features.

The “Best Companies to Work” ranking bases its score on an extensive and rigorous questionnaire supervised by independent consultants and experts in human resources. The methodology measures variables like work conditions, career planning, undesired turnover, retributions, social benefits, settlements or investment in training.  What’s more, this ranking requires various employees to evaluate the Company on variables such as corporate values, management, and work conditions. An evaluation that leads CT to strengthen its position amongst other recognized brands from other sectors, such as Securitas Direct, CaixaBank or Naturgy.
